Out of the 438,511 Proof Silver Eagles minted in 1995, only 936 have been graded as PF70 UCAM by NGC.
The 10th anniversary of the American Silver Eagle coin rolled around in 1995, and occurred at a point in the coins program history that saw the lowest mintages in the coins 30-year run. The celebration of the American Silver Eagles 10th anniversary featured not one, but two proof strikings from different mints. Today, the 1995-P Proof American Silver Eagle coin is available from JM Bullion.

For the 10th anniversary celebration of the American Eagle coin program, the United States Mint produced two versions of the collectible proof coin. These 1995-P Proof American Silver Eagle coins are the standard proof struck on an annual basis, but the mint also produced a limited-mintage 1995-W Proof American Silver Eagle.
Struck at the West Point Mint, the extra proof coin was included as part of the celebratory 10th Anniversary American Eagle Coin Set. The five-coin set included the W proof and four Proof American Gold Eagle coins, freeing up the standard 1995-P Proof American Silver Eagle for release to collectors.
The 1995-P Proof American Silver Eagle available today from JM Bullion is considered a perfect specimen with a PF70 grade from the NGC. Coins of this type still have their full, original mint luster, as well as a complete lack of detracting flaws.
Proof coins with an exceptional finish earn the Ultra-cameo designation. UCAM is used on coins with a strong, frosted finish on the design set and a deeply-mirrored, clear background field.
On the obverse of the coin is the image of Walking Liberty, which was created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman and featured on the Walking Liberty Half Dollar from 1916 to 1947. The reverse of the coin bears the heraldic eagle of the United States.
